The Perfect Candidate – Who Decides?

In our quest for the ultimate career, we attempt to package our skills and experience in such a way that convinces a potential employer that we are The Perfect Candidate. We ask ourselves, “What are they looking for?” or “What does their company need?” Many times we try to retro-fit ourselves into their definitions of a “perfect candidate.” But like a great shoe that is just a half size too small, sometimes we just aren’t the right fit.

Do What You Fear
